These cuvées are made from grapes grown on vines over 30 years old. Old Vines produce high-quality grapes, more concentrated in flavor and aroma. The wines are therefore more complex, with added depth and richness.

What are Old Vines?
The Vieilles Vignes in Alsace, true treasures of the vineyard, are vines that are several decades old, often more than 30 years. Thanks to their deep roots, they draw nutrients and water from levels inaccessible to young plants, giving their grapes an exceptional concentration of aromas and flavors. Wines from these old vines are distinguished by their complexity, richness and depth, offering intense notes and balanced structure. Cultivated with care and respect, these vines reflect ancestral know-how. They produce wines that capture the very essence of their terroir and tell the story of generations dedicated to viticulture.
